Sauteed Walnuts and Kale Recipe

This is  definitely a nutritional packed recipe, great for any meal of the day! 

Prepare time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients
    •    1 cup diced Kale, fresh
    •    1 tbsp minced onion
    •    2 tsp minced garlic
    •    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    •    7 walnut halves, diced

Directions

Saute the onion and garlic in oil.

When soft, add the kale and saute another min or two.

Serve topped with the walnuts.
